Before You Being the Activation Process

You can activate by either connecting your device to a computer via ActiveSync/Device Center or your Device's data connection through GPRS/3G/etc...

Before trying to activate please ensure you have an connection to the internet. We suggest you try visiting a webpage in your preferred browser on the device.

Your Activation Code

If you purchased Home 2 Pro directly from our website you would have received an email containing the 16 character Customer ID and 16 character Purchase ID.

If you purchased Home 2 Pro from a portal the code you were provided is a 32 character code. This code is simply the combination of the Customer ID and Purchase ID. The first 16 characters is the Customer ID and the remaining 16 characters is the Purchase ID.

Entering the Activation Code

  • Once you are happy that you have a connection to the internet if you have not done so already load Home 2
  • After accepting the Disclaimer and waiting a few seconds you will be prompted to enter your Activation Code. If not you can access the Activation screen by clicking on, Menu > Activate
  • Hit the right softkey (Next)
  • Enter the 16 character Customer ID and hit Next
  • Enter the 16 character Purchase ID and hit Activate
  • If everything is fine then you will return to the Home screen.
    • If there is a problem you will be prompted to activate. Please check your internet connection and try again.
