Overview
A theme in Home 2 is comprised of a set of specifically named JIF (converted format from PNG using pngtojif) and JPG images.
The dimensions of the images within a theme are specific and serve the primary purpose of layout. Transparency if used in an image provides white space that would otherwise not be there.

The Home Screen demonstrates this by way of the Primary Navigation Buttons (Button.Primary.Navigation.* as they are known in the theme).
Technical Details
All PNG images must be 24bit with 8bit alpha before passing them through PngToJif.
Resolutions
QVGA/WQVGA are handled by the same theme which is labelled as QVGA.
The maximum resolution supported is 400x400px
VGA/WVGA are handled by the same theme which is labelled as VGA.
The maximum resolution supported is 800x800px
Limitations
The Pointui logo located in the center of the softkeys (bottom of screen) is not part of the theme. As to not interfere with a theme we have included the option for use of a white, grey or black version of the logo. [more details about how to configure this required]
